1teaspoon chicken bouillon powder,1pound tofu.
3.pieces dried bay leaves.
4.tablespoon soy sauce.
2.tablespoon vinegar.
3.cloves garlic,crushed
3.tablespoon Coconut oil.
1/2Teaspoon white sugar.
1/2Teaspoon whole black peppercorn.
1cup tomatoes.
Instructions.
In a large container,combine the soy sauce and garlic
Then marinade the tofu.for at least 20 mins.
Place the Coconut oil in a pan and apply heat
When the oil is hot enough,put in the tomatoes
Cook for 5mins.then pour-in marinade tofu
And simmer for 15mins.
After 15mins.turn the heat off.serve.with brown rice or white rice.
